Spreading our Message at the 2011 Summer Caregiver Conference

The current theme around the Transitions MMM office is "Spread the Word!" And that's exactly what we've been doing--non-stop. One way in which we've done this is by attending the 2011 Summer Care Giver Conference. Put on every year by St. Luke's United Methodist Church, the conference is a great way for Seniors to learn what type of services are available to them in the Houston area.
