Transitions MMM Visits La Mancion Adult Care Center

Recently we attended an introductory event at the La Mancion Adult Care Center. And boy were we impressed! From onsite physical and speech therapy services to a delicious gourmet restaurant and a meditation room--this place has it all. See what we mean in the photos below.
