After visiting the new living space, we will develop a floor plan that shows you how to downsize your possessions to suit the new space. We help you take with you the pieces you cherish most. Careful planning ensures that our clients feel at home from day one, making the move smooth, efficient and stress free.

This planning process helps to prepare for the move mentally, but also has practical financial benefits as well. As a qualified appraiser, Cynthia will identify your most valuable pocessions and antiques making sure you avoid costly mistakes. We will help you dispose of all items and realize both the maximum value from items sold and the tax benefits from charitable donations.

A few days prior to the move, our professional packers will prepare for the big day. Your cherished possessions, fragile items and artwork receive white glove treatment.

We’ll oversee the moving truck and delivery. We’ll unpack and create your new home environment: furniture will be placed, clothes organized in the closets and drawers, the kitchen and bathroom set up. The bed will be made and the TV will be working. In just a few short hours, you’ll be stepping into a warm cozy space you can call home.

For clients who are selling their old home, we also work with the realtors to stage the property for sale, significantly reducing time on the market and improving the final closing price.
