With your approval we will dispose of the surplus. We will sell or donate where possible to help you maximize the financial benefits.

Finally, we will set up your office, kitchen, closet or garage so that everything is easy to find and the things you use every day are at your fingertips.

Should it go or should it stay?

We typically hang onto our possessions for a number of reasons:

• It’s useful and I use it every day
• It has sentimental value
• It has monetary value
• Guilt (it was a gift and I can’t possibly let it go)
• I will probably come in handy one day
• It’s a big hassle to get rid of it
